Ban n Unban Comand

Ban and Unban are new mig33 command in the owned room and group. These command are so useful.
Here are the commands :
BAN
Usage: /ban [username] [ 1: spamming in the chatroom, 2: flooding in the chatroom, 3: abusing, 4: hacking, 5: imposter ]
Example : /ban example_id 2

UNBAN
Usage: /unban [username] [ 1: giving user his first chance, 2: giving user his last chance ]
Example : /unban example_id 1
